Content Spotlight: LinkStack

Meet LinkStack, a self-hosted link sharing platform replacement for the popular hosted service linktr.ee. LinkStack allows users to create personal landing pages with a listing of relevant links for socials, websites, and other relevant webpages (a need that arose during the days of social media sites limiting users to a single link in their profile pages). Once up-and-running, the software is easy to use and highly customizable, with the ability to add predefined and custom sites, extensive theming capabilities, and click-tracking to see which links are being viewed by visitors.

LinkStack can be installed by serving its files from a directory or via Docker.

Command Line Corner: Ctrl + a

When typing a long command, use Ctrl + a to relocate your cursor back to the beginning of the line if you find yourself needing to fix an error or typo. The shortcut is much quicker than holding an arrow key and easier than using the Home key as your fingers won't need to leave the default typing position.
